SP PNG Hunters 2020 Lineup Prediction

HUNTERS PREDICTION
Based on yesterday’s trial and fans opinions we have put together a predicted line up for the Hunters 2020 campaign.

1 TERRY WAPI
Easily the best back the Hunters have. Has to do something crazy if he’s not picked.

2 JUNIOR RAU
Does the hard carried out of trouble. Safe player who can find the try line.

3 JOE JOSHUA
X Factor all round can create something out of nothing. Looks to have formed a combination with Rau.

4 SHANE HARO
Old fashioned hard knock. Tackles hard runs hard nothing fancy just keeps going.

5 GAIRO KAPANA
Showed glimpses of what he’s capable of with his runaway. If he can find consistency and gel with his centre he will be a handful.

6 JUSTIN YOKA
The running half hunters have desperately been looking for. Off the cuff type of player.

7 ASE BOAS
Hard to leave out as he is captain however Nicky Hasu and Charlie Simon will keep him honest if he doesn’t perform. Hopefully he can pick up his lost form.

8 JUNIOR ROP
Picks himself. Tough runner, combination of size and strength and can defend.

9 STANLEY OLO
Smart player, good short kicking game and knows when and when not to feed his halves.

10 CASEY DICKSON
Absolute rock in defence and can defend around the ruck and has got the fitness to start.

11 EMMANUEL WAINE
Very raw player, very aggressive but if he can control his aggression he is in the same mould as Nixon Put

12 EPEL KAPINIAS
Improvement from last year and has grown into his large frame. Runs a good line.

13 ILA ALU
A tough player who can ball play as a lock and really tightens up the middle in defence. Can play 80 minutes

INTERCHANGE

14 PATRICK MOREA
The complete utility, great spark out of dummy half and can defend.

15 MARK PITTI
Could easily start but provides great impact and has an incredible motor for a big man.

16 BAUNDO ABA
Massive frame. Always takes 2/3 to get him down if he can develop an offload he will be special to have off the bench.

17 STANTON ALBERT
Experienced head and we all know what he can provide on his good day. Just needs to cut out his errors.

Season is a fortnight away, obviously coach will have the final say however doesn’t hurt for fans to get engaged in constructive debates. Who would you change in our line up?.
